Overview
Knowing we need to change and following through on the required change is tough. Investigating our personality's inbuilt resistance to changes in behaviour can be the key to unlocking an insight which will enable the right changes to take place.
What participants will gain.
- Establish what it is they/the team need to change
- Uncover the unintended resistance to making that change – the ‘hidden commitments’
- See it is possible to alter their perspective, allowing them to initiate and follow through with the change required
- Commit to actions which will enable the change to occur
