We’re looking for a new Management Accountant to join the Sladen Consulting crew. This is an exciting moment for our business, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing, purpose-led company where people genuinely matter. We’re searching for someone who combines strong financial and analytical capability with curiosity, initiative and a collaborative mindset. Someone who enjoys improving systems and processes, embraces new technology and AI-enabled ways of working, and can help us continue evolving how we operate as a business.

We’d love to hear from people with a UK financial qualification, or be part-qualified and working towards full qualification (ACCA / ACA / CIMA), particularly those who have experience in consultancy, professional service or similar business.
