We are thrilled to announce that our long-standing Sladen family member Karina Leyser Cordeiro has joined us in a permanent role as Sladen Consulting‘s Head of Sustainability.
Karina’s role will enhance our focus and drive on two things: 1. Strengthen our bench of internal fabulous facilitators, and 2. Be the guardian of our B Corporation endeavours and leadership of the Sladen Butterfly Fund. She brings with her deep expertise in the work she does along with a creative approach.
Puzzled by the informal picture?! We like to tell a story behind our family members and Karina has a love for jigsaw puzzles! As she says…“This comes from a strong belief that we have the ability to handle all situations coming our way even when they seem messy – with patience, vision and a little organisation we can put pieces together and build something beautiful in the end”.
