Rob Pitt

I’m a jack of a few related trades having spent the last 18 years working as a consultant, facilitator and coach. The common thread is an interest in, and strong commitment to, the development and wellbeing of people, relationships and living systems.
I work with people and teams who want to deepen their self-awareness and make changes, so that they can be healthier, more effective and better able to create the impact they want.
I live in North Wales, between the sea and the mountains, with my wife Helen and our young son Ewan. I’m a keen climber, I love spending time in nature, and can often be found having mini-adventures in the mountains near our home and further afield.

For the next ten-years Rob’s work was split between working as an associate consultant for several business consultancies, running a climbing and mountaineering company, and leading expeditions worldwide.  In recent years Rob’s work has been focused in the field of developmental coaching with individuals, relationships and teams.
