Piers Carter
I graduated with BA Hons in Sports Science & Psychology. I went adventuring across the globe leading expeditions to Africa, South America, the Arctic Circle and Pacific Rim. My first proper job was as a Specialist Trainer for the Home Office where I helped train the Police to manage riots, defend themselves, effect arrests and serve the community.
This led me to apply what I had learned about teams and leaders in challenging situations to the corporate sector.
I coach people, train groups in the behavioural and communication aspects of being human in a corporate world and facilitate leadership teams to be as effective as possible.
I do this work in the context of my family who live in the Peak District. With my wife and teenage sons they love to ride mountain bikes, do CrossFit and grow vegetables … but not all at the same time.
