Caro Kingsnorth

Originally I was a professional dancer and I spent 13 years being trained classically, only to find I was too tall!  However, I changed to modern dance and had a great career spanning cabaret, theatre and TV.
An injury forced a career change and I joined Tour Operations, that led me into leadership and, the discovery that developing others was equally fulfilling.  My final position was working in Italy running the Lakes and Mountains Programme, which encompassed both summer and winter ski programmes.  Lots of empowerment and lots of operational problems to sort out and a big operational team to lead.  Hard work and great fun!
From 1994 to 1997 I moved from consultancy back into corporate as Training and Development Manager for Hertz UK and then  back into consultancy and leadership development, where I have had the pleasure to work and learn for 20+ years now.
My passion is enabling others to really expand their emotional intelligence as Leaders.  Today’s challenges just make doing that all the more relevant.
I live in Gloucestershire with my husband and our 3 cats, none of whom were mine, but that’s another story……

  • Member of an executive coaching team responsible for providing coaching to Senior Executives in a gas utility company, going through a huge restructuring programme.

I have been very fortunate over the last 20+ years to work on many large change management initiatives with many organisations.  My work spans both the design and delivery of leadership training and development that underpins the strategic intent of the organisation.   I have also had the privilege of coaching both individuals and teams, enabling them to develop and stretch their leadership capabilities to meet the constantly changing and developing work environment.
