Todd Arthur Heskett

Having traveled with my family to more that 30 countries, we’ve developed an appreciation for the differences and similarities of the people we’ve met along the way. Meeting people and learning about their journey has enriched my life tremendously and helped me understand the complexities of my work more deeply.
When I’m not helping others achieve better performance at work, I like to push the limits in outdoor adventures. I am an avid mountain biker, cycle tourist, skier and hiker. My wife and (adult) children also enjoy this so I’m never short on companions on my “crazy dad adventures”.
My passion for supporting the development of people (including my family) runs deep. I’ve worked on non-profit board of directors as well as coached non-profit executive directors and given my time freely to support military personnel transitioning to the civilian world. A few years ago I wrote a book, Keep Your PIE Fresh, focused on helping people understand the key drivers to creating greater success at work.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

In his corporate career, Todd held numerous leadership roles in both the USA and Europe heading up customer service, sales, operations and distribution. He leveraged his experience of discipline in the military with his passion for thinking outside the box to transform and align his areas of responsibility. He worked closely with colleagues in matrix environments as a catalyst for change and disruptor of the status quo. Realizing his passion, talent and skill in this area, he left the corporate sector to pursue an advanced degree.
