Rachel Nuttall

I love developing individuals, teams and helping people be the best version of themselves. Having spent most of my career leading teams in large organizations, I feel very lucky to be to bring this experience to my work now as a consultant. For the last ten years, I’ve worked across many different sectors, both virtually and face to face.
The combination of having led teams in senior roles in complex organizations and also having the theory and qualification in numerous coaching and psychometric tools, is proving valuable to leaders who I work with. Most importantly I’m mum to 2 energetic, sporty and amazing children who keep our family laughing and smiling through whatever environment we’ve found ourselves in. We’ve been lucky enough to live in New York for 4 years, but have now made it home to Oxford, UK.
