Delivering a culture change programme to 100s of leaders, inspiring them to inspire their teams to change for the better. My family – especially my children…they are unaware just how good they are at one liners…

Walking along the River Thames into the heart of Oxford, through Christ Church meadow watching the deer grazing in front of the dreaming spires of the colleges. That was my 10,000 steps this morning.
