Nadia Nagamootoo

I love my job because it means I get to work with the most fantastic leaders and professionals across industries, sectors and cultures. I have an innate curiosity for why people think, act and respond in the ways they do. And I get to feed that curiosity whilst helping people on a daily basis – win-win!
I have a fundamental belief that every person should live their life feeling free to be who they truly are, not what society thinks they should be. My work focuses on coaching leaders to find their purpose, their path and their self-belief. I also work with groups of leaders to build capability and at every level of organisations to create an inclusive culture.
My clients tell me that they value my ability to truly listen and dig deeper to get to the heart of issues, offering insight and new perspectives. They know I will speak from a place of truth in terms of what the organisation needs to hear, offering a genuinely supportive and collaborative style.
