I live north of Copenhagen with my husband and our two youngest kids, Selma and Anton.
 Seven years ago I chose to be an independent consultant.  It’s one of the best decisions I have made for myself and my family.  I feel so privileged to be able to work and make a difference together with so many fantastic clients.

Malou has 15+ years experience working as a Human Resource Business Partner/Manager/Chief People Officer, working with the motivation and performance of managers and employees at all levels of the organisation.
Malou is also an experienced consultant  and facilitator working with individuals, teams and leadership development with a passion for helping individuals and organisations finding their potential.


  • Facilitated and delivered training, support and tools for managers during change and redundancy rounds.
  • Facilitated change programmes and workshops supporting motivated managers enabling sustainable change. 

  • Designed and delivered management training programmes.
  • Designed and delivered workshops to ensure motivation and performance for managers and employees during a two year outsourcing period.
  • Extensive experience with outplacement of managers and employees.
  • Designed and delivered more than 200 team development programmes.

Her background from Human Resources has given her a solid experience with the employee’s “life cycle” – from recruitment to development and management in a time of mergers, layoffs and cultural development. She was part of management teams and sparred/coached with leaders at all levels, designed and delivered management and team development courses, and developed and implemented various HRD concepts.
As a consultant she primarily works with individual-, team- and leadership development. Her customers vary from small start-ups to large companies like LEGO and Ramboll. facilitate sessions with all types of employees and managers; production staffs, academics, middle managers and executives – and are privileged to work with all types of professions.
