Last book you read…
“TA Today” by Ian Stewart and Vann Joines – my curiosity to explore communication ego-states and our life scripts is being deepened – this is raising my self-awareness even further to enable me to support others in doing the same ?
Your heroes include…
My biggest hero is my mum – how she skillfully and passionately supported her four daughters to all be successful in their own way is fantastic.
Favourite line from a film…
‘Nobody puts Baby in the corner’ – Dirty Dancing; I love this, as the youngest child I always felt I was living in the shadow of others but have learned that to step forward and be brave to do new things is really exciting and energising.
Best day at work (so far)…
When I realised that through conversations and listening to others I could motivate people to realise their potential and be proud of who they are.
What makes you laugh…
Being with friends and people having fun times.
Last journey you took…
San Francisco where I loved cycling across the Golden Gate Bridge and visiting Alcatraz.
What’s on your desk…
My Surface-pro, pens and doodle pads to think and reflect.
How do you deal with stress…
I love to walk my dog or go for a run – this provides me with time and space to ‘let go and think’.
3 people you’d like to have dinner with (dead or alive)…
Nelson Mandela, Kate Middleton and my late Grandmother so I can cook her an amazing meal like she always did for me as a child.
Favourite place…
Barcelona – I’m always in awe of the history, architecture, food and the buzz of life there.
