Joel Grieg

Joel has worked as a Role Player, Coach and Facilitator since 2003. The majority of that work has been in the public sector, including local and national government, NHS and schools. He has delivered training at all levels from construction workers, to local government officers, to managers in most sectors, up to board level directors of FTSE 100 companies – with a particular focus on understanding personal impact and behaviours. He has designed and delivered, amongst other things, development programmes for senior leaders, workshops on emotional intelligence and worked 1-2-1 as a coach using both Role Playing and Coaching skills to enable the participant to identify for themselves their areas of development and strength.
Last book you read?
I rarely finish books – books that currently lie half read: The Dean’s December by Saul Bellow, (re-reading) The Secret Agent by Joseph Conrad and Postwar: A History of Europe Since 1945 by Tony Judt. The link, if there is one, between them all is upheaval, war and oppression and how it impacts on people.
