Hilary Pawsey

 I have been fortunate enough to spend my adult life split between North America and UK and have been able to enjoy the opportunities that both countries afforded me. My desire for spending time outdoors; skiing, hiking and cycling, has been met through my time in Colorado while living in the UK gave me precious family time.  I have 2 wonderful children who are making their own way in the world and who, lucky for me, still think their parents are pretty cool!
I think as a leader I was always passionate about developing people but it was through leading a number of large scale, multi country change programs that I realized the criticality of engaging the hearts and minds of your organization.  Out of this grew a passion for working with leaders and organizations to transform and create a working environment that generates higher levels of engagement, a desire to deliver outstanding results, to equate talent to value and shift to a committed mindset

Hilary leverages her 20+ years as a corporate executive to provide comprehensive one to one coaching for executives as well as high-potential, future leaders. In addition, she partners with organizations of all sizes designing and delivering specific and targeted leadership training programs focused on developing talent capability linked to improving business results. She believes strongly in aligning talent to value in the organization. In her capacity as a coach she specializes in working with leaders who are moving into executive leadership roles that require large scale talent and cultural transformation. When working with hi-potential talent at mid-level management, she partners with organizations to foster and build a pipeline of future leaders focusing on helping individuals build the leadership skills that are essential for success; improving personal effectiveness, business impact and influence in the work-place.

In her corporate career, Hilary held numerous executive leadership roles in large, global organizations in both the UK and USA. She headed up many business lines and different functions including marketing, operations and technology. She focused the latter part of her corporate career leading numerous large scale transformation initiatives; managing cross-functional teams of 500+ employees with the aim of turning around businesses by improving operational efficiency, addressing process improvement opportunities, profitability and employee engagement. In her executive capacity she worked closely with HR departments, conducting human capital due diligence, designing new organizational structures, identifying and developing key talent and conducting cultural assessment.
