I am fascinated with how the human mind works and how mindset and behaviours help or hinder us in achieving our goals at work. I am at my most fulfilled when I am helping people to consciously use the verbal, the vocal and the visual to align their intention with their impact, as the gap between the two is so often the reason for relationship breakdown. A bit of extra skill and clarity can completely transform how people co-operate and influence one another.
I am a passionate advocate of interactive and experiential training because this is how we learn as children and that learning stays with us. ‘Nothing taught by force stays in the soul’ according to Plato, so my style is to encourage people to work just outside their comfort zones in an environment where they feel free to experiment with different approaches.
Nature is both an inspiration and a healer for me so when I’m not working or travelling, I enjoy long walks and wildlife. It relaxes me and it’s also when my best ideas come to me. My life is enriched by the arts; singing with my choir uplifts me and my favourite way to spend a Sunday is to laugh with good friends whilst sharing a well cooked meal.

Hannah has 20 + years’ experience in the field of leadership development where her area of expertise is interactive & experiential training, offering: 1:1 coaching, small group practice sessions, large group work and virtual group training. Her background in theatre has helped her understand how to structure dynamic courses, balancing energy levels in the room and varying techniques to engage different learning styles. Participants in her sessions feel safe to experiment and challenge themselves, honing their skills and strategies, all carefully managed by her unique sensitivity and insight. English is her mother tongue and she also speaks fluent French, conversational German and basic Italian.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Hannah began her working life as a professional actor in theatre, television and voiceovers with business roleplay part of her portfolio of work. She became increasingly intrigued in how behaviours & communication style influence business outcomes, took a sideways step and re-trained as a coach and facilitator. For over two decades she has amassed an extensive experience of training theory and techniques coupled with a flair for course design. She is in demand in a wide range of business sectors, both private and public and is a visiting tutor for several of the top European business schools.
